The Navy is requesting repair of CCA,COMPUTER (CAGE 16331, ref. no. 63A170141G1), with the resultant award issued bilaterally and requiring the contractor’s written acceptance prior to execution. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 170 days from asset return to government acceptance, with accelerated delivery encouraged; late RTATs may incur per-unit/month price reductions, and Government Source Inspection is required. Freight is FOB Origin, with the Navy handling freight under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. Offerors must quote unit/total pricing, pricing type (firm-fixed, estimated, or NTE), RMA if applicable, RTAT or capacity constraints, any late-delivery price reduction amount, testing/evaluation fees if beyond repair, awardee and facility CAGEs, and new-unit price/lead-time for comparison. Repair must meet the specified CAGE/reference requirements, original manufacturer specifications/drawings, MIL-STD-130 marking, applicable quality/inspection and recordkeeping for 365 days after final delivery, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging; award consideration is limited to authorized distributors with proof required.
