This RFQ is for a firm-price buy of the REPAIR MODULE,STRAI, manufactured to the specified Cage Code reference design (1QZK3 020SH-604-FR or 1QZK3 020KSH-S0401211), with MIL-STD-130 marking and MIL-STD 2073 packaging requirements. Government source inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin, and accelerated delivery before scheduled delivery is encouraged. The award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s signed acceptance; if the offeror is not the OEM, it must provide OEM authorization as an authorized distributor. Pricing must be supported with prior purchase/invoice history or comparable NSN information if the item has not been previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or pricing has increased. The Government may add an option quantity at the same unit price, exercisable within 365 days from award, and inspection records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery.
