This Navy RFQ is for repair of the CARD CAGE ASSY, VME under CAGE 0E3P8, reference 002-001-002-200, with work performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards and applicable documents. The Government seeks a 77-day Repair Turnaround Time, encourages accelerated delivery, requires Government Source Inspection, and specifies FOB Origin with Navy-handled freight under the CAV Statement of Work. Award will be bilateral and require the contractor’s signed acceptance; late RTAT performance incurs per-unit/per-month price reductions, and the Government intends to add an option quantity at the awarded unit price, exercisable within 365 days from award. Offerors should provide unit and total price, proposed RTAT or capacity constraints, RMA/delivery vehicle information if applicable, pricing history or basis for pricing, BR/BER testing-and-evaluation pricing, new-unit price and lead time, and awardee/inspection/facility CAGE details. The repaired item must meet marking, inspection/testing, and packaging requirements, including MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-2073 as applicable, and award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item with proof provided.
