The Navy is seeking repair services for a DISPLAY UNIT (CAGE 28199, ref. G-7474), with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 110 days from physical receipt at the contractor’s facility to Government acceptance, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. Offerors must provide unit/total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if unable to meet the required RTAT, applicable pricing history/basis, BR/BER test-and-evaluation pricing if relevant, and CAGE/performance-location information. The resultant award will be bilateral with the contractor’s signed acceptance, and the Government may add an option quantity within 365 days from award at the same unit price and delivery rate unless otherwise agreed. Late performance against the required RTAT will incur per-unit/per-month price reductions via a reconciliation modification, excluding excusable delays such as Government delay.
