This Navy requirement is for repair of the MOTOR, ALTERNATING C (CAGE 51802, ref. A-405-139), with work performed to contractor repair/overhaul standards and original manufacturer specifications/drawings, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award will be bilateral and requires contractor signed acceptance; Government source inspection is required, freight is FOB Origin, and the Navy handles freight under the CAV statement of work. The Government seeks a 110-day repair turnaround time measured from asset return to acceptance, encourages accelerated delivery, and will apply per-unit/per-month price reductions for inexcusable late RTAT performance. The Government may add an option quantity at the awarded unit price by written notice within 365 days of award, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Quotes should include unit/total price, RTAT or capacity constraints, pricing basis/historical invoice if needed, BR/BER testing-and-evaluation fee basis, CAGE/performance/shipping facility information, and new-unit price and lead time for comparison; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered unless proof is provided.
