This is a Navy fixed-price buy for manufacture of the CARD,SIGNAL PROCESS to CAGE 27192 reference MC-014218, with firm unit and total pricing and contractor signed acceptance required. Offerors must verify nomenclature/part number/NSN, provide OEM authorization if not the manufacturer, and meet ISO 9001 quality system, MIL-STD-129 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging, and mercury-free requirements for submarine/surface ship use. Government source inspection is required, all freight is FOB Origin, and accelerated delivery before scheduled dates is encouraged. The Government intends to add an option quantity at the same unit price, exercisable by written notice within 365 days after award, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. For items not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or with increased prices, offerors must provide a similar NSN, prior invoice, or pricing basis.
