This Navy effort seeks repair of an electronic component (CAGE 38370, ref. 841-18-02) under a bilateral award requiring contractor signed acceptance. The Government requires a 72-day Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT), Government Source Inspection, FOB Origin freight handled by the Navy under the CAV SOW, and price reductions for inexcusable lateness. Offerors must quote unit/total price and RTAT, may provide capacity constraints if unable to meet the required RTAT, and must provide pricing history/authorized distributor proof plus CAGE information for awardee, inspection/acceptance, and asset shipment facility. The Government intends to add an increased-quantity option that may be exercised within 365 days from award at the contract unit price, and accelerated delivery is encouraged.
