This is a Navy repair requirement for the PWR ELECTRONIC MOD (CAGE 27192, ref. MC-001372-01) issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority, with accelerated delivery encouraged. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 70 days, Government Source Inspection, and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Rev N. Quotes must include unit/total price and RTAT, and if the contractor cannot meet or beat the required 70-day RTAT it must provide capacity constraints; late RTAT may trigger per-unit/per-month price reductions. Consideration for award is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, and proof of authorized distributor status must be provided with the offer. The resulting bilateral award will include an option to increase quantity exercisable within 365 days from award, with freight FOB Origin and Navy-handled freight under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work.
