The Navy is seeking repair services for the FACE ASSEMBLY,SPLIT with a required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 86 days from asset return to government acceptance. The award will be bilateral and requires the contractor’s signed acceptance, and Government Source Inspection is required. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work, with contractor receipt reporting due in CAV by the fifth regular business day after physical receipt. The Government intends to add an option quantity exercisable within 365 days after award, with added items delivered at the same rate as like items unless otherwise agreed, and late RTAT performance may incur per-unit/per-month price reductions unless the delay is excusable. Quotes should include unit and total price, RTAT, capacity constraints if the required RTAT cannot be met, and pricing basis/history if the item was not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or if prices increased; authorized distributor proof is required if applicable.
