The Navy seeks repair of EXCITER CONTROL (CAGE 97520, ref. no. 9388800-102) under a pricing arrangement that may be firm-fixed-price, estimated, or not-to-exceed, with Government Source Inspection required and freight FOB Origin handled by the Navy under the CAV Statement of Work. The required Repair Turnaround Time is 140 days, measured from physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor’s facility until Government acceptance, and accelerated delivery is encouraged. The Government intends to add an option quantity that may be exercised by written notice within 365 days from date of award, and records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Quotes must include unit/total price, proposed RTAT or capacity constraints if not meeting 140 days, testing/evaluation pricing for beyond-repair determinations, and the price-reduction amount per unit per month for late RTAT up to a stated maximum. Award will be bilateral, requiring the contractor’s signed acceptance prior to execution, and consideration will be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item.
