This is a Navy repair requirement for the BOWL ASSEMBLY (CAGE 14XU7, ref AE2023-29) issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority; award will be bilateral and requires the contractor’s signed acceptance, with BOA terms taking precedence if applicable. The Government requires a Repair Turnaround Time of 130 days from asset return to acceptance, encourages accelerated delivery, requires Government Source Inspection, and specifies FOB Origin with Navy-handled freight under the CAV Statement of Work. An option quantity may be added and exercised within 365 days from award date, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed.
