The Navy, under Emergency Acquisition Authority, seeks repair of the BOWL ASSEMBLY (CAGE 71871/ref 870830082) in accordance with the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices, applicable documents, MIL-STD-130 marking, and specified inspection/testing requirements. The required Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) is 300 days from asset return to Government acceptance, accelerated delivery is encouraged, and Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. The resultant award will be bilateral and may include an added option quantity; freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. Quotes should include unit and total price, proposed RTAT or capacity constraints if not meeting the 300-day RTAT, pricing basis/history if not previously purchased or if prices increased, and beyond-repair testing/evaluation fee information. If the offeror has a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) covering these items, the BOA terms apply and control over conflicting order terms; only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered for award.
