This is a total small business set-aside Navy procurement for synthetic rubber sheet meeting MIL-PRF-6855 Class 2, Type A, Grade 80, size 36 in. x 36 in. x 0.125 in., with MIL-STD-130 marking and special toxicity/flammability requirements. The material is designated SPECIAL EMPHASIS and DSSP Scope of Certification Material for use in a crucial shipboard system, so strict quality, configuration control, waiver/deviation, and ECDS submission procedures apply. Final delivery of material is scheduled at 210 days, with a one-year warranty extending 365 days after the last delivery and constructive acceptance set at 45 days after delivery under the Prompt Payment clause.
