The Navy requires manufacture or refurbishment of a cartridge valve to CAGE 99657 drawing 237914-0002, including oxygen cleaning to MIL-STD-1330, marking to MIL-STD-130, configuration control, mercury-free materials, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Contractors must manage waivers/deviations and engineering changes through ECDS; if additive manufacturing is used, a Master Component Traceability Ledger and associated records must be submitted electronically to NAVSUP HQ AM and WAWF. Delivery is FOB destination, with final material due on or before 365 days after the contract effective date and a one-year warranty from delivery. PNSY review/acceptance of certification CDRLs occurs six working days after receipt. The awarded order will be DO-rated under DPAS and issued under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities.
