The Navy seeks manufacture/supply of a 6-inch-nipple globe valve per Derbyshire Marine Products drawing M3141-2005, designated SPECIAL EMPHASIS material for a crucial shipboard system. Award requires an acceptable Quality Control Manual and a quality system meeting ISO-9001 or MIL-I-45208, plus extensive material certification, NDT, pressure testing, weld/braze qualification, and configuration/documentation controls. The contract will be DX-rated under DPAS and includes source Government quality assurance, FOB destination, and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard references. Final material delivery is required on or before 365 days after the contract effective date; certification CDRLs are due 20 days before scheduled delivery, with PNSY review/acceptance 30 working days after receipt. Early and incremental delivery is acceptable at no additional cost to the Government.
