This is a total small-business set-aside Navy procurement for Special Emphasis shipboard material: 1/2-inch round C63200 bar to ASTM-B150/B249, temper TQ50, with stringent quality-system, traceability, marking, certification, and inspection requirements. Final delivery is 365 days from award, with early and incremental delivery acceptable at no additional cost, and PNSY review/acceptance expected 45 working days after receipt of certification CDRLs. Inspection and acceptance will occur at destination with no Government source inspection, and a 365-day warranty applies after acceptance. The award will be a DX-rated DPAS order under Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities, and past performance will be considered in evaluation. Offerors should expect to provide certificates of compliance, material test/certification reports, and quality-system documentation for Level I/SUBSAFE-type material.
