The Government seeks 11 units of a FUSE BLK/EMI A11 (NSN 7H-6130-015117613) under TDP version 001, with delivery to DLA Distribution, New Cumberland, PA. It intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 because it does not own the data/rights needed to source or repair the part from additional sources and considers buying the data or reverse engineering uneconomical. Responsible sources may identify interest and capability or submit proposals/quotations/capability statements, though this is not a request for competitive proposals and any decision to compete is at the Government’s discretion. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet applicable qualification requirements at time of award, and the acquisition will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures.
