Quoters must provide CAGE, unit price, FFP confirmation, procurement and packaging CAGEs, delivery days, and quote validity, excluding shipping costs, with freight FOB Origin. DCMA source inspection and acceptance, Government-source inspection and acceptance, military packaging/bar coding, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging apply; if inspection occurs at a different CAGE, that CAGE must be identified. Non-manufacturers must identify the OEM name/CAGE and part number with traceability; distributors must include manufacturer authorization, and dealers must include a dealer statement with OEM details. The contractor is responsible for inspection/compliance and must retain inspection records for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
