The Navy seeks a firm-fixed-price procurement of one COOLER 3RD, NSN 4110 LLCYD1198, reference MLF30430G1; the Government does not own drawings or data rights. Pricing must exclude shipping, freight is FOB Origin, and DCMA source inspection/acceptance, military packaging/bar coding, and MIL-STD-130 marking are required. Offerors not the manufacturer must identify the OEM name/CAGE and part number and provide requested traceability; distributors/dealers must furnish manufacturer authorization or a dealer statement with OEM details. Because this is a first-time Navy procurement, an informal cost breakdown and/or redacted sales receipt may be required to support fair and reasonable pricing, and award requires bilateral written acceptance. The order will be issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority, and inspection records must be retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
