The Navy requires full repair of an electronic component (CAGE 90536, Ref. No. B1129), with quotes requested as firm-fixed-price or not-to-exceed and work performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul standards, drawings, manuals, and directives. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements, perform inspection/testing to original manufacturer specifications and drawings, mark items per MIL-STD-130, and package per MIL-STD 2073. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity, exercisable by written notice within 90 days after award, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer’s item and provide signed company-letterhead proof with its offer. Inspection records must remain complete and available to the Government during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
