The effort is for full repair of the 19-inch AMLCD, with offerors to quote either a firm-fixed-price or not-to-exceed price and comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements. Repairs must meet the operational and functional requirements for CAGE 52088, Ref. No. B1708, using approved repair/overhaul standards and original manufacturer specifications/drawings, including inspection/testing, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging. Any design, material, servicing, or part-number changes require Government approval, and inspection records must be kept for 365 calendar days after final delivery. The Government may add an option quantity at the awarded unit price, exercised by written notice within 90 days after award, with added items delivered at the same rate unless otherwise agreed. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, and proof of authorization must be provided on company letterhead with the offer.
