The Navy seeks full repair of the INTERFACE UNIT,DATA to “like new” or “A” condition, including teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair, with firm-fixed pricing or a not-to-exceed price if FFP is unavailable, plus a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price. Shipping costs should not be included because the government/ATAC will ship the material. An option quantity may be exercised within 180 days after award at the same delivery time and price via modification under current terms. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility, MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD-2073 packaging as scheduled, OEM inspection/testing, and retain inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. Award consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, with proof of authorization required with the offer.
