The Navy seeks firm-fixed-price repair of the MODULE ASSEMBLY,RIM under CAGE 02769, reference number 8358940, with work performed to the contractor’s approved repair/overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, and government-approved procedures. Pricing must include both a repair price and a beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price, and shipping costs must not be included because the government or ATAC will ship and deliver the material. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility requirements under NAVSUPWSSFA24 and obtain government final inspection and acceptance within a required RTAT of 90 days after receipt of assets.
