The Navy seeks a firm fixed-price contract for full repair of CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, CAGE 53711/REF 6710065, with a separate beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price also required. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) requirements and obtain final Government inspection and acceptance for all assets within the required RTAT of 70 days after receipt of assets. Repair work must follow approved repair/overhaul standards and applicable documents, with marking per MIL-STD-130 and packaging per MIL-STD 2073. Award will be issued unilaterally under a BOA, and consideration is limited to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item. Government shipping/ATAC will handle material shipping/delivery, so shipping costs should not be included.
