The government seeks firm fixed-price repair of the CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (CAGE 02769, ref 20511804-1), with a separate beyond-repair/beyond-economic-repair price also required; shipping costs should be excluded because the government/ATAC will ship the asset. The contractor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) requirements, obtain final Government inspection and acceptance, and perform repairs in accordance with contractor repair/overhaul standards and applicable documents. The required repair turnaround time is 60 days after receipt of assets, and inspection records must be retained for 365 days after final delivery. Quality requirements include MIL-STD-130 marking, ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic discharge control, inspection/testing to original manufacturer specifications and drawings, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award will be issued unilaterally per the BOA, and only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer will be considered, with proof of authorized-distributor status to accompany offers.
