The Navy requires manufacture/procurement of one LOG ASSY, VME, DIU, NSN 9535 LLCYC2615, in accordance with reference number 63E920411G1 (CAGE 16331); the Government does not own drawings or data rights. Offerors must quote a firm-fixed price, exclude shipping costs, and comply with FOB Origin, DCMA source inspection and acceptance, military packaging/bar coding, and MIL-STD-130 marking. If not the OEM, offerors must identify the OEM name/CAGE and part number and provide traceability; distributors must provide an authorized-distributor letter, and dealers must provide a dealer statement with OEM details. Quotes must include CAGE, unit price, procurement/packaging CAGEs, delivery days, and quote validity, and this first-time Navy procurement may require an informal cost breakdown or redacted sales receipt for price reasonableness. The order will be issued under Emergency Acquisition Authority, with inspection records retained for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
