This is a total small business set-aside Navy/NAVSUP WSS-MECH procurement for repair-part material requiring production lot testing, government inspection/acceptance, quality assurance, and packaging/cleanliness controls. Production lot test samples must go to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Code 134, Bldg. 59, 1400 Farragut Ave., Bremerton, WA 98314-5001, 40 days before delivery, with shipment authorization obtained through WAWF. A premanufacturing procedure/drawing package is due within 45 days after contract award, and a cure-date certificate is due at material delivery; ROTI packages are submitted as required. New lots are required for each order/shipment, accelerated delivery is desired at no cost to the government, and partial shipments are authorized. Technical documents are available through a password-protected UNNPP e-commerce site, and NOFORN export controls, mercury exclusion, and SDS/GHS label requirements apply.
