This is a total small-business set-aside procurement for repair-part material requiring production lot testing, new lots for each order/shipment, and Government inspection/acceptance; technical documents such as the IRPOD and drawings are available through a password-protected UNNPP logistics site. Production lot testing samples are due to NSY Puget Sound 40 days prior to delivery and must be shipped to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & IMF, Code 134, Bldg. 59, c/o Seth Boas, 1400 Farragut Ave., Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. Testing submittals must go through WAWF to the GQAR and then to NAVSUP WSS-MECH for authorization to ship. Accelerated delivery is desired at no additional cost, partial shipments are authorized, and MIL-STD 2073 packaging applies. Pricing is valid for 60 days unless the offeror specifies otherwise.
