NAVSUP WSS-MECH is seeking repair-part material with technical and quality requirements defined in the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD), and vendor review of the IRPOD at the BPMI site is mandatory. Offerors must comply with cited technical documents, maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, retain inspection records, and meet applicable packaging and cleanliness-control requirements. Waivers or deviations must include justification and supporting technical data, be presented to the Government Quality Assurance Representative, and be forwarded by the QAR to the post-award PCO within five working days after receipt. Vendors must submit a complete package of Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection per DI-QCIC-8872 to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433, with authorization to ship obtained from the PCO. The first submission of that report package is due at end of contract, and a separate package is required for each unique contract number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature.
