The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1 for NSN 7H-4330-015349768-X4, TDP version 003, quantity 3 AY, delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709. The Government does not own and cannot obtain rights to the data needed to purchase/repair this part from additional sources, and reverse engineering is considered uneconomical. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not use FAR Part 12 commercial-item procedures, though interested parties may identify commercial-item interest and capability to the contracting officer.
