This is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price purchase order for inspection, evaluation, repair, and restoration to first-class operating condition of Government-owned P7170 AES SYS RADIO equipment, part number HT7170YN1A, in accordance with L3 Harris Technologies requirements. The work is issued at a not-to-exceed price for opening, inspection, and evaluation, with downward negotiation after material evaluation. Inspection and acceptance are at origin, and FOB origin applies. Offerors must provide repair turnaround time, defined as induction start date to final delivery date in days, and monthly throughput constraint with their quote. Repair T&E proposals are due no more than 90 days after receipt of the purchase order, and definitization is required no more than 180 days after purchase order award.
