This is a NAVSUP WSS-MECH fixed-price procurement for repair-part material under a total small-business set-aside, with FOB destination terms and mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD at the BPMI site. Technical, quality-assurance, and inspection requirements are governed largely by the IRPOD and referenced drawings/specifications, and the contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system with records available during performance and any longer specified period. Packaging must comply with invoked cleanliness-control documents and applicable MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-DTL-24466 and MIL-STD-2073 requirements, and cybersecurity maturity model certification level requirements apply. Waiver/deviation requests must include justification and a non-conformance impact evaluation, be presented to the Government QAR for comment, and be forwarded to the post-award PCO within five working days of receipt. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery for each unique contract/order, NSN, and item nomenclature combination.
