This is a NAVSUP WSS-MECH small-business set-aside procurement for repair-part material under fixed-price inspection/acceptance and FOB destination terms. Offerors must review the material IRPOD at the BPMI site before quoting, and the IRPOD plus referenced technical documents govern quality assurance, inspection, packaging, and document precedence. Contractors must also meet cybersecurity maturity certification, equal opportunity, security exclusion, sea transportation, and mercury-exclusion requirements. A Certificate of Compliance must be submitted at the time of material delivery for each unique contract/purchase order, NSN, and item nomenclature combination. Quotes should state a pricing-validity period, with 60 days as the default unless another period is specified.
