The Government intends to procure 18 units of NSN 1H-6150-017392770-X3, TDP VER 001, with delivery to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, PA, and DLA Distribution San Joaquin, Tracy, CA. The data rights needed to purchase or repair this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and cannot be obtained, and reverse engineering is uneconomical. The action is intended for sole-source solicitation and negotiation under FAR 6.302-1, though responsible sources may identify their interest and capability or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements; this is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will require the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer to meet qualification requirements at time of award under FAR 52.209-1. The Government is not using FAR Part 12 commercial-item acquisition policies for this requirement.
