NAVSUP WSS-MECH is seeking an unrestricted procurement of supplies/repair parts, with the small-business set-aside dissolved because the only known source is a large business. Technical documents such as IRPODs, drawings, STRs, MIL specifications, and commercial item descriptions are available through the BPMI e-commerce site, and Section C takes precedence over Section D in conflicts. The contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system meeting MIL-I-45208 and IRPOD quality requirements, keep inspection records, and follow cited document revisions and waiver/deviation procedures. Packaging and cleanliness requirements apply when invoked, including MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-STD-2073, and green poly bags under specified conditions; mercury or mercury-containing compounds may not be intentionally added to or contact hardware/supplies. At material delivery, the contractor must submit a Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 for each unique contract/PO number, NSN, and item nomenclature.
