NAVSUP WSS is seeking a total small business set-aside contractor for repair-part/manufacturing work requiring mandatory IRPOD review and compliance with MIL-I-45208 quality and inspection requirements. Technical documents are export-controlled/NOFORN and available through the BPMI e-commerce site with password pre-registration, and specified revisions must be used unless otherwise approved. Award requires Appendix A to LSC-2E compliance, FOB destination delivery, a Government-acceptable inspection system, and adherence to packaging, cleanliness, and mercury-exclusion restrictions. The contractor must submit pre-manufacturing/quality procedure packages, lower-tier supplier reports, and Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection as required by the IRPOD, with final ROTI submitted electronically via WAWF and shipment authorized by the PCO. Quoted pricing is valid for 60 days unless the offeror specifies otherwise.
