This is a total small business set-aside procurement for mechanical repair parts built to Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and military quality requirements (MIL-I-45208 as supplemented by ISR-1), with mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and NOFORN technical documents. First article testing/inspection on three units and Government approval are required before production, and Reports of Test and Inspection must be submitted electronically through WAWF. Post-award deliverables include a pre-manufacturing procedure package, lower-tier supplier identification, and ROTI, with certain packages due within 45 days after contract award and resubmittals after disapproval not later than 45 days. Packaging must comply with MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-STD-2073, and any invoked cleanliness controls, and award is subject to Appendix A to LSC-2E and cybersecurity maturity certification requirements. Quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless a different period is specified.
