This NAVSUP WSS mechanical repair-part procurement is a total small business set-aside with mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD and technical documents subject to NOFORN export controls available through BPMI e-commerce. The contractor must maintain a government-acceptable inspection system, comply with MIL-I-45208 as supplemented by ISR-1, submit ROTI electronically via WAWF, and follow specified packaging, cleanliness, and mercury-exclusion requirements. Post-award, a package of applicable procedure, drawing, and pre-manufacturing submittals is due within 45 days after contract award, and a lower-tier supplier package is also due within 45 days after award. A complete vendor-certified ROTI package is due at the end of the contract or per the delivery schedule, with authorization to ship obtained from the PCO. Award is subject to meeting Appendix A to LSC-2E, and quotes must specify pricing validity if other than 60 days.
