This is a NAVSUP WSS repair-part procurement that is a total small business set-aside and requires mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD at the BPMI site. The contractor must maintain an inspection system compliant with MIL-I-45208 and comply with NOFORN export controls, cybersecurity maturity requirements, security prohibitions, and Appendix A to LSC-2E as an award condition. First article testing/inspection on one unit is required per the IRPOD, with DD Form 1423 reporting and first article approval required before manufacturing. The contractor must exclude mercury and meet specified cleanliness/packaging requirements, including MIL-STD-767/2041 and MIL-PRF-23199 where invoked. All Reports of Test and Inspection must be submitted electronically through WAWF, with other contract data requirements submitted post-award as specified.
