This Naval Sea Systems Command / NAVSUP WSS procurement is a total small business set-aside for manufacturing/repair-part supply and requires mandatory vendor review of the IRPOD. The contractor must comply with the cited technical and quality requirements, including MIL-I-45208 as supplemented by ISR-1, and maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system. Technical documents are controlled as NOFORN and available only after BPMI/e-commerce registration and approval. Premanufacturing procedure/drawing submittals are due 45 days after contract award, while Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection are due at end of contract per the delivery schedule and require PCO authorization to ship. All ROTI reporting must be submitted electronically through WAWF, and award is subject to meeting Appendix A to LSC-2E.
