NAVSUP WSS-MECH is seeking manufacture/procurement of repair-part material under IRPOD-based technical documentation, with NOFORN export-controlled drawings and specifications available through the BPMI e-commerce site after registration. Contractors must maintain a government-acceptable inspection system, perform first-article test/inspection on one unit, submit the required DD Form 1423 report, and obtain first-article approval before manufacturing. Post-award, a procedure/drawing/pre-manufacturing submittal package is due within 45 days after contract award to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433, resubmittals are due within 45 days after disapproval, and certified test/inspection reports are submitted at contract end with PCO authorization required before shipment. Packaging must meet cited cleanliness controls and MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-STD 2073 requirements, including green poly bags where invoked; fire-retardant packaging is no longer required. Pricing is requested to remain valid for 60 days unless another period is specified.
