NAVSUP WSS-MECH N94 is seeking repair parts/material under a fixed-price procurement with MIL-I-45208 quality requirements, and vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory. Technical documents (IRPOD, drawings, STRs, specifications, CIDs) are available via the BPMI/eCommerce site with registration, and the contractor must follow the stated order of precedence and specified revisions unless the contracting officer approves alternatives. Waiver/deviation requests require detailed justification and are forwarded by the Government QAR to the post-award PCO within five working days; mercury must not be intentionally added to or contact the hardware/supplies. Packaging must meet MIL-PRF-23199/MIL-STD-2073 and any invoked cleanliness controls, and fire-retardant packaging is no longer required for NAVSUP-WSS N94 contracts. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433 at material delivery/end of contract for each unique contract/purchase order, NSN, and item nomenclature.
