This is a NAVSUP WSS mechanical repair part procurement requiring compliance with an Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) package and associated technical, quality, inspection, packaging, and marking requirements. Vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory, and technical documents must be obtained through the specified BPMI/e-commerce site with applicable revision levels and order-of-precedence rules. The contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, keep complete inspection records, and follow waiver/deviation, mercury-exclusion, and cleanliness-control packaging requirements. Delivery is FOB destination, and invoicing/payment will use Wide Area Workflow unless otherwise specified. Quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless a different period is proposed.
