This is a firm-fixed-price RFQ for opening, inspection, and evaluation of INTERFACE BOARD item(s) that require repair, with a contract issued after quotation receipt and the items shipped to the contractor’s facility for teardown, inspection, and evaluation. The contractor must review the material IRPOD, which is mandatory and available at the BPMI site, and comply with IRPOD-driven quality assurance, packaging, and technical document requirements. The repair T&E proposal must not exceed 90 days after receipt of the purchase order, and definitization must not exceed 180 days after award of the purchase order. Performance is at the contractor’s company, and quotations should include repair turnaround time and throughput constraints.
