This is a total small-business set-aside procurement for mechanical repair parts/materials under NAVSUP WSS requirements, with FOB destination and Wide Area Workflow payment instructions. A material IRPOD is available via the BPMI site, and vendor review of the IRPOD is mandatory. Technical documents, drawings, and specifications are subject to NOFORN/export controls, and release to foreign governments or nationals requires prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval. Contractors must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, meet IRPOD quality assurance requirements, and comply with MIL-PRF-23199 packaging and applicable cleanliness controls. DD Form 1423 data-deliverable requirements apply, including a complete Vendor Certified Reports of Test and Inspection package submitted to NAVSUP-WSS for review, with authorization to ship obtained from the PCO.
