The effort is a total small-business set-aside, FOB destination, with Wide Area Workflow payment instructions and compliance required with the IRPOD, cited drawings/specifications, inspection system, quality assurance, packaging/cleanliness, cybersecurity, and mercury-exclusion requirements. Contractors must provide a Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 at material delivery/end of contract to NAVSUP-WSS code N9433.
