This is a NAVSUP WSS procurement for repair parts under a total small business set-aside, requiring MIL-I-45208 quality compliance and a Government-acceptable inspection system. The IRPOD, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents are mandatory for vendor review, are available through BPMI e-commerce with pre-registration, and are subject to NOFORN/export controls, with any foreign government or national transmittal requiring prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval. A pre-manufacturing procedure/drawing package must be submitted to NAVSUP-WSS Code N9433 for approval within 45 days after contract award, and vendor-certified test and inspection reports are due at end of contract or per the delivery schedule. Packaging must meet invoked MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, refueling clean, or reactor plant clean requirements, and mercury must not be intentionally added to or directly contact the hardware/supplies.
