This is a total small business set-aside procurement for repair-part material requiring mandatory vendor review of the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) and associated technical documents available through the BPMI site. Offerors must meet IRPOD quality-assurance and inspection requirements, maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, and comply with MIL-I-45208. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must follow the contract schedule and MIL-STD 2073, with FOB destination delivery. Invoicing and payment must be processed through Wide Area Workflow, and the contractor must comply with cybersecurity, security/exclusion, equal employment opportunity, and mercury-exclusion requirements. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at end of contract/time of material delivery, with separate certificates for each contract/purchase order number, NSN, and item nomenclature; certain controlled nuclear-reactor publications may require need-to-know certification through the contracting officer.
