This is a total small business set-aside procurement for supplies requiring mandatory vendor review of the Individual Repair Part Ordering Data (IRPOD) available on the BPMI site. Technical documents, drawings, specifications, and military standards must be obtained through BPMI or other listed sources, and the contractor must comply with specified revisions and the stated order of precedence. The contractor must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system, comply with MIL-STD 2073 packaging, exclude mercury from hardware or supplies, and meet cybersecurity maturity model certification level requirements. A Certificate of Compliance per DI-MISC-81356 must be submitted at the time of material delivery, with separate certificates for each unique contract/purchase order number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature.
