This is a NAVSUP WSS mechanical repair-part procurement set aside for total small business participation, with FOB destination and WAWF payment instructions. Technical requirements are governed by the IRPOD and associated drawings/specifications, which include NOFORN/export-controlled documents and may require prior Naval Sea Systems Command approval for release to foreign nationals. Contractors must maintain a Government-acceptable inspection system and comply with specified QA, packaging, cleanliness, and marking requirements, including MIL-PRF-23199, MIL-STD-767, MIL-STD-2041, and applicable green poly bag conditions. Waiver/deviation requests must include justification, technical evaluation, and be routed through the Government Quality Assurance Representative to the post-award PCO within five working days. Certificates of compliance and cure date certificates must be submitted at the time of material delivery, and quoted pricing must remain valid for 60 days unless another period is specified.
